An Australian sketch

I saw a sketch today while on a course. The guy had a video of it and he used it to illustrate how not to provide information about an incident. It looked like it was on Australian TV.

It was a politician explaining in an interview about how the front fell off an oil tanker causing a spill. It was hilarious. I was wondering if any Aussies might know of it, and have a link to a copy...

Hmmm, I THINK I've heard about that one too, if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's as funny as Hell. But where you can d/l a version of it I have no idea, sorry Mr.P.
