First time poster so quietly optimistic that someone out there might be able to help me out or recommend an alternative program.

I run a fairly large website where members of the public are able to post questions to professionals who are in turn paying money to advertise on my site.

What I need is to be able to track a users journey on the site from when they land until when they hit the button that says submit your enquiry, Google analytics doesn't seem to have the depth to allow me to follow a user journey more than three steps either forwards or backwards. What I need is to be able to trace (although I will not be) every single one of the 20,000 plus users I get to the site each month from the beginning to the end.

Is there any software out there which I could use to do this? It can be free or paid for I would just appreciate an answer if anyone's aware of one.
