Ya, he's not bad as far as self help 'gurus' go, better than most IMO. Seen him enough on PBS pledge drives and actually have one of his books which I have no idea where it is, must be getting moldy in the basement.

 

Just read his wiki page out of interest,he's written a book From Chocolate to Morphine,sounds interesting

 

He's a professor at the University in Arizona and a doctor. What I like about him is he prefers a more natural, organic, preventative way. Not to say he is against medicine.
