annoying & constant pop ups

Hello i have been getting frustrating pop ups from 888.com,bramarama, zwinkys etc which keep appearing every 5 seconds can anybody help ?

Please go to the READ & RUN ME FIRST and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll see instructions specific to your operating system. Click on the relevant one and on the page that opens up, please look for Combofix. Run Combofix according to the instructions. When you finish, please go back to the beginning of the READ & RUN ME and work through the instructions. When you finish, you will have either 2 or 3 logs, depending on whether or not AVG Antispyware creates one and these you should attach with your next post here. As you are working through these instructions, you should begin to see some relief from these symptoms. By looking at your logs, we will be able to help you get out files which still need to be removed.
