annoying POPUP problem

    I have followed all the recommended steps, up to the HijackThis log. This still hasn't fixed my problem.

    The problem: I keep getting popups and in certain games it says " Inadequate O/S privileges".

    I've checked all the running processes and I can't identify the problem.

    I would just like to add that the online scans found some stuff :

    Trojan-Downloader.Win32.TSUpdate.j (by Kapersky)
    and
    PE_CIH.DAM (by HouseCall)

    fixed, I ran Ewido and SpySweeper as suggested in another thread :)
