    Hello,

I have a table full of part numbers. An typical record is like "999-999-999 REV B". What I need to do is remove anything other than the bare part number. That is, I have to remove the "REV B", but I'm unsure how I would go about this. It would be great if I could easily spit out a table with all the part numbers stripped of the revision number. Any suggestions?

If all the part numbers are as your example 999-999-999 REV B. You change the table properties field size to 11 and all the spaces and characters from the right side of the data field over the field size will be automatically deleted.

However, you should create a duplicate table first
