    Hi there,

My relative's computer is again infected with this virus.

I'd would be very thankful if you could assist.

I've attached the FRST scan log.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

    Attached is fixlist.txt
    • Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

    Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

    Now attempt to boot normally.

Now continue with this procedure: How to Remove Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A

Reboot normally. You should be able to run programs.
If you are now able to run programs, it is recommended that you go through this guide to ensure that your PC is clean: READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

Is everything running okay again now? If not, then you need to follow the steps I linked to. :)

It seems to be. I followed your steps and then changed the firewall/antivirus software. So far, so good. Thanks for your help.

You are welcome. You should delete the C:\FRST folder.
