Anti-Piracy Copyright Virus

I'm having a bit of a problem, same problem as the OP here, but nobody has responded to him and I cannot post in his thread to bump it:

Put simply, I have the virus that gives me bogus copyright law information, etc, but it has disabled my task manager, and even explorer.exe will not load up. I've tried accessing my Mbam through Firefox by running C:\browsing to its directory, but that didn't work. I seriously have no other ideas. I can't actually run anything on my machine - not even in safe mode - because this just takes up the entire screen and prevents me from doing anything at all.

Please, does anyone have any info about this?

 

I'm running Vista. Apparently both Task Manager AND Registry Editing have been disabled 'by administrator'

The way I got to there involved navigating to a .exe file (any one) in Firefox, then clicking it. It opens a "Save Where?" box, and that allows me to navigate files like I would with explorer. When I find a file I want, I right click it and do "Open as admin" (MUST do even with UAC disabled apparently) and it loads.

Unfortunately, I tried that with Mbam and the virus like.. deleted the .exe for mbam. I tried reinstalling Mbam and doing it, and again the virus deleted it. I tried doing that for windows/system32/taskmgr.exe and /regedit (to attempt to allow task manager) but both say they have been disabled by administrator. Sorta running out of ideas.
