Anti-Virus question

    Do I need to run programs like spybot, ad-aware ect along with my anti-virus (Avast) to keep my computor safe ?

    Layered protection is always a best choice,,but you shouldn't run 2 real-time programs at the same time. Malwarebytes Antimalware and Superantispyware are the 2, I run along with MSE. They are on-demand scanners for that extra bit of security.Ad aware comes with an anti virus,,2 avs are a no-no,,and Spybot is geared more to IE. Check them all out here at MG.
