Antimalware doctor infection

hey so my computer got attacked by malware, one that's called the antimalware doctor.

so i ran my computer in safe mode and used spy bot s&d and it told me it found the malware and successfully deleted it. However, when i resetted my computer to go back to normal mode, the computer won't even boot, so it'll just display my wallpaper and none of the icons and taskbar would show up. So i figured that the malware was still there and i googled for solutions and a popular program to use was malwarebytes.

So i ran that in safe mode and it once again found the problem and successfully deleted it...and yet the same problem as before. Can't ****ing boot.

I am about to eat my monitor...please help.

P.S. I am using the free avast antivirus.
