   I seem to be infected with this, I was trying to download the readme steps, but this virus does not allow me to run almost anything. When trying to install superanti spyware, the computer tells me that system adminstrator has set policies to prevent this installation.
   
   I am currently in Safemode and am running malware bytes and an AVG commandline scan. Any help is appriciated.
