   i believe i have a version of that anitvirus 2009 on my system. i am trying to run the thru the steps you guys have posted to remove this but what ever is on my machine seam to be blocking any anti spyware tools to run they either to not start or they crash when starting
   
   any ideas on how to get the utilities to start
   i have tried i both safe mode and normal

   If you have tried both safe mode and renaming the exe's....and if system restore is not working....then at least get us the C:\MGLogs.zip from running the C:\MGTools.exe.
   
   We cant help you if we cant see what is happening in your system.
