Antispyspider.com HELP!!!

    I am trying to remove the spyware: Antispyspider.com

    It changes my background to a red alert saying: Your computer is under spyware attack. Your comptuer is infected by anonymous program.

    Also, a popup in the task bar says: Windows Security Error. Windows has detected spyware.

    The startup page for IE has been hijacked to: c:\windows\homepage.html and http://antispyspider.com/100

    I have tried running Spysweeper, Spybot, Ad Aware, AVG Antivirus and it removes traces of stuff but keeps coming back. I have also ran smitfraud fix several times. But once I reboot it comes back. PLEASE HELP!
