AntiVir Umbrella is broken(?)

    I recently downloaded Antivir freeware and I am having some trouble. When I downloaded it the system tray icon had the umbrella open. After a short amount of time I noticed that the umbrella was closed. When I went to activate the Guard the selection is faded out and cannot be clicked on. The same goes for the control screen. Is this normal? Is it possible that Zone Alarm is blocking it somehow? Any help would be appreciated!!

    I don't use AntiVir so I am just guessing. What are your options if you right-click the umbrella in the system tray?

    I was not able to activate the program through the menu. However, I did determine the problem. Zone Alarm was blocking it from accessing the loopback connection and it shut itself down. I placed Zone Alarm in learning mode, rebooted, and everything is working fine now. Thanks! :)
