Antivirus 2010 Malware removed now computer wont load

Caught Antivirus 2010 Malware. Thought I successfuly removed it using malwarebytes, now when i turn on my pc it loads like normal and as soon as desktop wallpaper shows it starts shutting down. But then redirects to windows login screen. When I click on my user profile login it goes to desktop but shows nothing but the wallpaper and is totally unresponsive. Safe mode will not load. And if its any help, when it redirects me to the login screen after loading; where the word shutdown should be next to the power button icon is instead my computers name... please help.

Correction::: where the word(s) "Turn Off Computer" are not shutdown.

If you cannot boot the PC in any boot mode ( safe, last known good, normal) then there is not much we can recommend but the below:

Try restoring to an older registry hive using the Recovery Console as per the below. This assumes you have Win XP since you did not even tell us what version of Windows was in use.

Take the hard disk out and scan it in another well protected PC

Use another PC to make a special CD which you can boot from to try and run virus and spyware scans or to at least backup data. CDs like the below:
