    am trying to do the readme frist in the removal but will not allow me to install or do anyting in normal mode. am starting to try to do as much as possable in safe mode.

    running xp pro got this off ebay last night and when computer boots looks good then loads warning that antiviris software out of date and unless you say yes to the window you can not do anything. Say yes and starts explorer and goes to a website.

    Any help as i attemp to run the programs in safe mode. Will give update as progresses.

    could not run superanti in safe mode, looks like Mb works some on quick scan. ran combofix and after a reboot looks like it went way.

    Do not know if it is totally gone or should i rerun everything in normal mode since they were ran in safe mode.?

    any help is greatly appericated.

    Per the instructions in the cleaning procedure
    We cannot help you if you don't attach ALL of the requested logs. This includes MGtools too.
