Any help with these 2 problems would be great

    Problem 1:
    My computer does not shut down, It gets to the Computer is shuting down screen then freezes.

    Problem 2:
    Task Manager (Alt+Ctrl+Delete) only shows up with the box showing applications running. There is no way to get into the process tab or anything else. Not even an X to close it.

    Hey, Iv run CCleaner, And cleaned the registry. Iv run Avast, Spybot, Malware bytes, Wincleaner one click, SuperAnti Spyware and I have commodo firewall running, None of them have come up with anything.
