any ideas on previous post about BLANK DELL SCREEN?? HELP

Anyone have any hints or reccomendations on my last post.. nobody has replied at all, which makes me think there is no hope in getting my baby back to working.

like I said.. :confused As soon as I turn on the CPU and monitor is on.. the description "DELL loading" comes onto the monitor then 5 seconds,also after loading" the screen goes blank - black. The set up buttons F2,F12,Fwhatever do not work during the "loading" process as they should.
I'm worried about being a girl whose computer CRASHED :cry

You have to give them a little time. They are probably helping someone else and haven't seen your post yet. Maybe some are not online yet. I am sure they will get to you.
