Any recommendations for SMS Software?!?

This is my first post on here so i would like to say hi my name is Ashley!

I'm in need of your expert help! What I'm looking for is a piece of software that allows a user to text: a door number and there own 4 digit code to a short mobile number! Then i need a timer to be started that counts how long the person has used the door for. This will run until a stopping condition is met, The word stop to be texted to the number and a charge is made for the time they have used the door for.

If there is a piece of software out there that any of you know of then this would be great! If you don't, but know of how i could go about trying to find a solution to my problem then this would also be great to hear from you.

There are plenty of security companies out there, but the problem is, not a very secure method, due to you would have to have some way to verify the phone the text message came from, is allowed entrance, but even someone could spoof the number if they use a Jailbroken iPhone, or Android device with custom written software.

Stick with RFID badges, key cards, or random number generator keypads.
