Any weather geeks here?

Any one heard of any long term forcast for the Mid Atlantic states, Virginia in particular? I remember seeing something somewhere that it might be a bit warmer for the winter. Anyone else seen/heard of this?

 

the weather forcast for my bit of the world, is the same everyday, winter or summer. they swop the phrases round to try and make it more interesting, but it goes something like 'mostly sunny, partly cloudy, chance of rain on the windward slopes, highs 82* - 87*)
i wish i had that job!

I just go with the seasons!!!! When summer comes, I'm ready for the warm weather...when fall comes, I'm ready to be able to walk in/out of a building and it be the same temp as inside/outside...when winter gets here, I'm looking for that awesome snow...and Spring is the same as fall!!!!

Yes, to answerer the thread tittle………but, don’t look anything, but you could do the http://www.almanac.com/ for your area……..gives the general thinking….or you could look up NOAA weather site, and look at the long range models……but it’s RAW weather data, kind of takes a weather geek to understand it……..or do the google thing and use “long range weather”, using your neck of the woods……I’ve always enjoyed WEATHER, and while in college a few years ago, took a weather class, as one of my science classes……….wobbles
