   How i could create my own quarantine folder? so that if i download a file i can send it to quarantine and test it on a test computer?

   Software Forum is more appropriate but unless you are writing your own security application to, this will not serve any purpose. You can just create any temp folder and put all your downloads there and not use them until you run a full scan on them. However if you have a good antivirus program installed it should be scanning as you download it anyway.
