    I know they are doing maintenance on tuesdays till around 11am PST. Seems like their entire network is down.

    Just saw this--they had extended maintenance probably linked to the rampant allegations that there was some sort of duping exploit found by farmers and being used to create duplicate items and gold in large quantities. Blizzard hasn't said much about it, but from what I gathered on Tuesday this was the reason for them extending the maintenance a few hours.
