Anyone Else have this one?

I have been cleaning my puter from a major attack, and still have a couple of problems. In the Windows/Temp folder, these two files keep showing up:
~dfd562 and Pstc4928. When I boot in safe mode, they are not there(probably because the drivers were bypassed to load safe mode). When I try to research them within a search engine, etc. Google, it changes the letters. For instance ~dfd562 changes to dvd562. Any ideas? I am completely spent.
