Anyone ever seen/used this before?

I ran across it in my daily rounds on the net and was wondering if anyone has ever used this to opt out of snail mail spam.

Yes, I've used it. Doesn't stop ALL junk mail, but cuts down on it, particularly all the "pre-approved" credit card applications.

 

Thanks GT.. Considering this is the bulk of my mail, I hope to cut this un-necessary waste of paper down to almost nothing
