anyone know a laptop part site

hey i am looking for a site that has a lot of notebook parts + barebones. in case you refer to barebones by another term it is basically a computer (in this case a laptop) that has the screen, the motherboard, the fans, ports... but doesnt have a processor, ram, harddrive, cd drives...

you can see how that could be a lot easier to build and still lower the price a few hundred bucks from what you get from a regular company like dell (and dell is a pretty cheap company).

the only site i know now is http://www.abs.com/diy/notebookdiy.asp but they dont have a very broad selection.

i need a computer for college and i dont have a lot of cash so building it would help me get an acceptable computer for my computer engineering major while not making me lose all my money and end up living off eating dirt.
