FREE Web site monitor ?

The sort of thing that I add a list of sites too and it checks them each day or hour or week or some other time frame and then tells me which ones have changed ?

It wouldn't actually be particularily hard to write my own but I just don't have time!

 

I would check out this link and see if there are any apps that meet your requirements!

 

Not sure if these will just monitor your own site downtime matt, or also check for advancements for a potential script change in your trusted others?

Theres a few on there Mada but they all seem to be php or perl scripts, i'd like a windows application sort of similair in style to an rss agregator.

@nitecrawler. Those 2 are the same, I'd rather have a windows application.
