Anyone know about fixing dirtbikes?

I have a Yamaha TTR-125L and for some reason no gas will flow into the carberator.confused
I've tried checking for clogs but I can find anything in the line that would stop the gas from flowing through. Does anyone have any clue what could be wrong?

 

Also check the fuel tap itself incase the mechanics in there have corroded or broken and are not actually opening up to allow gas through.

 

Three Dirt Bike's and two ATV's all had the same problem after about two to three years, in my case it was the supposedly Stainless Steel filter pick-up screen that had corroded and plugged up due to water in the fuel tank. It happend all five times only with the Reserve Fuel Line which is the lowest line in the tank. Pulled of the corroded fuel intake screen and put a small inline filter in. Makes Honda, Yamaha, and Polaris. Hope that helps

 

If gas comes from the tank pipe sounds to me as though your carb float bowl valve has become clogged and stuck ,quick fix tap the side of the carb to try and release the float,proper fix take off the carb remove the float bowl from the bottom of the carb the 'screws underneath'

keep the carb upside down at this point,inside you'll see two floats held with a bar tap the bar out with fine screwdriver,remove the floatsunderneath in the middle is the valve looks like a little pin,pull it out clean inside with a cuetip,put it all back together
