Anyone knows the right answer pls ?!?!?

hi guys ...firstly im sorry if this topic is in the wrong section
secondly i would really appreciate if someone can answer my question.

My question is about msn, what i want to ask is if in your msn options u untick that "Allow others to see that i have a webcam" right, that means that others cant see your webcam butttt what i want to know is if you turn your cam on for someone, would others be able to see that little icon as well ???confusedconfused:confused

I recommend turning this setting off. You can still use the webcam in chat sessions but not everybody in your contact list can see that you have one. Also, be aware that when you use your webcam your chat partner can record the webcam as a movie.

 

ye ive turned it off man but i was thinking if i turn the cam on for someone would others on my msn be able to see that i got a cam ???i no for msn 8.1 the answer is yes bt duno abt the lates version of msn rolleyes:confusedrolleyes:confused

well u sayin no they would not, how come then when i put my cam on
for someone others ask me to put my cam on, and when i say i dont have a webcam they say we can see your icon cam thing ?????confused:confused
and btw do u know where can i download msn 8.1, cant find it anywhere ????
