Anyone own a Toyota V8 truck?

I am really starting to think this is the right truck for my needs. I have been looking at the fullsize tundras? that are extended cabs but have rear swing out doors. Like the Gmc's and Chevy's. Nice little trucks if I can find a dark grey or black with grey interior I think I will be all set. Just dont know about Toyota's larger motors. I know their smaller ones kick butt.

Anyone have experience with these trucks at all? I will try and find a pic and post one so we are on the same page. Been looking at 2000 and 2001's

I plan on it GT very soon. All the chevy's I looked at today in the range I want to pay were complete horsecrap. I can get one of these toyotas used for about 17 grand or so out the door. Mileage is pretty good and supposedly they are very reliable. Only thing that held me off today was the beige interior, but it looks like all the older models have is beige interior. We also have a certified toyota mechanics program at the College where I work. I am going to talk to a buddy of mine on monday and see what he thinks. I just have to make the right move on this is all. I am saving a ton of money so I can retire early. Only way I can get another truck is if I can find one that will last in a certain price range. I REFUSE to save less money for retirement to afford another vehicle.
