Does anyone see anything here that I should remove?

You need to uninstall the old versions of Java first and then update it with the most current version here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4648.html You are allowing malware on to your computer with these old versions.

I took a peek at the link you gave me. (Thanks.)

It says that WWF is something that works with Microsoft .NET Framework -
.NET framework (a big file) , which i have versions 1, 1.2, 2 and 3 of installed on this computer is something that comes up in my WINDOWS UPDATE which I installed.

I have no idea what it is or what it does.

May someone enlighten me, in laymens terms?

The machine is DELL (Dimension 2400).

My printer is HP officejet 5610 all-in-one..

You could remove this:
Adobe Acrobat 5.0 (Can you confirm that this is not the Professional version and just the reader?) You already have the latest Adobe Reader 8.1.0

Also do you like/need this:
Post-it® Software Notes Lite
(I use to have issues with it in the past, and I tell all my users not to mess with it. But I haven't messed with it in over a year or so.) So it may be better now, so it's up to you.

Most of the stuff either comes with Dell or is Windows or Windows Update, etc. Some of it, I'm not familiar with. I would be careful using CCleaner to remove programs from here. I wouldn't definitely use Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel first.
