AOl monitoring email?

I sent that URL for the You Are Mighty web page to an AOL friend of mine.

http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554hvub1.html is the link they p[rovide with the undeliverable notice.

It appears they are scanning email content.

 

Yes they are.

It will probably be an automated system though.

 

Most ISPs do keep a list of known "problem" domains, and they block email from them to their customers. For a while after the server at my office was hacked and used to send untold quantities of spam, the domain was blocked by my ISP (which, let me tell you, was a total PITA). It happens.

 

Funny thing is, after the initial bounce, I sent it two more times. One mail did make it thru...

Go figure, eh?
