My aol software would not configure, and using the website, I was unable to enter the page that would allow me to change my password. Also, when I began to open aol, SpyCatcher said that it had just prevented spyware from running on my computer.

The solution was to "allow" "Twain-tech" in SpyCatcherExpress's list of questionable items. (SpyCatcher had quarantined this "threat.").

After this, aol loaded and ran normally. Hope this helps someone else.
