AOpen MS-810 speaker system problem

i just got this speaker system afew months ago like in March or April and now i just found out the subwoofer is not working when it was working just fine afew days ago you would think that if you spend $50 for something it would last for a good while because after all i have 2 10inch Zenith Allegro 3000's my dad got back in the 70's and they still work just like the day he got them and they both have tweeters and sub's well anyways it is most likly the pc shop i got them from are gona screw me just like they did last time and so do any of yall know how i might be able to fix it i will list pc spec's below and heres a link to the speakers

ASUS P4S8X-X mobo
p4 celeron 2.0ghz running at 2.7ghz
1gig ram running at pc2100 (hoping to overclock it)
liteon 52x32x52x cd-rw
sony 16x dvd-rom
400watt raidmax psu
ATI 9200 (just bought it at wal-mart for $80 lol)

did not blow it i have read somewhere that somepeople had the same problem as me but still have not found a anwser mine would make the same sound as they said but it would go away if i turned it off thin back on again (looking for the link) http://swe.aopen.com.tw/tss/more.asp?ID=3856 but as you read you see no anwser all my settings are right because nothing has changed and i went and looked over everything just in case i keep all my settings on high on my computer and just use the remote for the speaker system that came with them

 

well i am just waitting on afew things from that pc store so i can get a rma on it from what aopen said anything made by them comes with a year warr. so i am glad. and they said i have to give it to the store i bought them from and they will have to send it for me haha take that you butt wipes you have to pay the shipping for me i hope its a problem on there end of the deal so they might upgrade me cross your fingers
