    Do you have AVP installed?

if so it seems to be a false positive and with MS Antispyware being beta still, their will be a few anomalies ( I've had a few in the past that were false positives, most security apps have them at some point.. because spyware writers use similar files )

If you have the game installed then I wouldnt worry about the detection. Have MSAS ignore it, if the file is in the TEMP folder I would run CCleaner to clean out any junk files.

    CCleaner

Also, attach a current HJT log from normal mode to confirm there is nothing hiding around.
