Apple sued for being mean to Microsoft

    That's laughable. Pathetic case, I'd be surprised if M$ got anything out of that at all....

    Its like a merry-go-round, keeping the lawyers very rich!

    But I do have to agree in part as my iPod Touch doesnt like WMP so I have to use iTunes, no great hardship as iTunes is fine for me, but I been playing with Songbird more as its an alternative to iTunes and works with Vista, sadly not my Touch as yet.

    Who made who, IMO iTunes was created (not literally of course, but still) by iPod. Do you think the software would have made it on it's own?

    As for the monopoly, last I checked there is a thriving business in third party equivalents (including software), so that doesn't work too well either. When my boy was talking about iPod I talked him out of it.

    Not too realistic.
