I have searched for an answer for this error and it comes up as Subject above on Firefox.

Not sure what else to try, but for 2 days now I've been getting the same message when trying to get into my bank site from my PC. The PC was recently in the shop to have a new SSD (M.2) added into socket. They also wiped the HDD mechanical drive and it's now just for backup and storage. The SSD is my C: drive now and my PC is running way faster. I was really pleased.

    This message,
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (developer guidance) though is nothing I've ever dealt with, and I don't find answers, at least that I can understand, of how to fix it.

I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me. I did run my Malwarebytes and found nothing, used a program here on my Windows 10 to check the health of my pc, everything looks good, in the reports.

    HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop Computer,
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G, AMD Radeon RX 550, 8GB RAM, 1TB hard drive,
    Windows 10 Version 21H1

It now has 16 gb of RAM and the Nvme SSD,
TEAMGROUP MP33 1TB SLC Cache 3D NAND TLC NVMe 1.3 PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 Internal Solid State Drive SSD

I appreciate any help with this, and thank you in advance for any help. I did try 2, other browsers. Edge and Chrome. Chrome I get the login screen atleast, but when I fill it in and click, it doesn't nothing, it just stays as is. Edge was different, and Chrome was the same thing.

I did call the shop and was only able to leave a voice-mail, so no answers there so far. It only happens on US Bank site, no other sites. But if I'm understanding Client-side, that my issue not US Banks?

Can you try a different computer? How about making sure your browsers are up to date. ( Or try uninstalling and re-installing).

    Hello Tim,

I really thought it was all my PC, but I couldn't get logged into my bank on any of my devices, or browsers. I finally got through to someone at USBank and he walked me through some steps and my issue was auto-fill, and I needed to go straight to home page of bank site. Long story short, I got it with the rep at the bank's help.

But a big thanks to you for your reply to try to help me as well ;) It's always something I feel I should have known, or tried, something simple. I don't like this "aging" thing but I guess the alternative isn't very attractive to me either :p:D
