applicationscrashing

hi i have a bit of a problem. When i load an application, i start having errors and the program closes. they dont happen to every application, but applications such as steam, aim, explorer, firefox, etc.. i have read the read and run me first and have done all of them and found some trojans and i have removed it, but the problem still is happening. i think the trojans have done a bit of damage to my pc. please help me i'd appreciate it. now im off to work

Your log gives no indication that you have ran either one of the online scanners required in our standard cleaning procedures.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
