Appointment's

Hi all, I'm trying to think of an easy way to book appointments with my clients. in an ideal world i would like to go to a site, fill in the details such as Customer Name, address, phone number, appointment time and notes. I would like these to synchronise with google calendar so that my appointments would be available on all my devices.

I know i could just enter these in to a calendar, but i don't always have the time to do that, and for a pre filled sheet to be there at my disposal where i just fill out the blanks would make this a whole lot easier.

Gmail lets you do that from email.
