I am a Pepsi fan too TeeCee....and when they had this new coke thingy,,,, well....I still opted to purchase Pepsi :-D

I remember it...and I remember being one of the participants in the anti-marketing campaign until they brought back Coke how we loved it. New Coke was easily the most foul soda I have ever had the misfortune to taste.

 

I dunno what it is but every so often a local shop will get some cans of coca cola in from abroad which have Russian writing or something written on the cans and I swear they always taste better than the cans we get.

But nothing beats an ice cold coke in a GLASS bottle.

 

Rikky...those are made with actual sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup.

Totally agreed on the glass bottles, by the way!

 

It was a marketing ploy to bring more attention back to "original" coca-cola to increase it's popularity and sales.
It worked.
