Are There Any Programs Out There.....

Hi,

I am a mother of 2 young teenagers who like to sneek onto the internet and visit sites that they probably shouldnt be visiting. I have an older desktop computer, running windows 98 and I was wondering if there is any such program out there that anyone knows of, that I could download for free or get really cheap that would track where the kids go, or the websites that they visit. They have gotten good at deleting cookies and the history and I am unaware of any other ways I could track what they are doing. Does anyone know how I could find out where they've been without them knowing about it? Or even a way to LOCK the setting where they would be able to access being able to delete the history/cookies? I want to know what my kids are looking at on the net and I know that windows 98 has pretty shitty security. Anyone have any suggestions?
