while looking into my c:windows file I see allot of files with $ntuninstallkb885836$ and allot more with same $ntuninstall but with different numbers are theses malware or do i need to leave them alone ??????

Hi and Welcome to Majorgeeks

Those files are safe and normal for Windows, what they actually are, are the uninstaller files for all the Windows updates that you have installed, so in the event that one causes a problem you can via Add/Remove uninstall the hotfix from its uninstaller, if you remove these you will loose the ability to uninstall any update/hotfix.

coding is this $ntuninstallkb885836$

ntuninstall = Just telling you its an uninstaller
kb885836 = The actual file and update as in this one http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885836

so the other KB numbers in those files will tell you when searched for what they exactly are.

But is worth keeping them, so dont delete.
