Are you guys drunk or am I?

I accidentally set the posting order to list newest posts first but thought I was reading them oldest to newest. I thought maybe you people were clairvoyant because you answered questions before they were even asked :confused Give it a try if you want to screw with your own head.

 

That's my preferred method, I've usually read the majority of the previous posts in any topic I've previously visited (it only works where you're signed in) so it saves me some scrolling.

 

You're going to ask us if we're drunk.

 

There are too many pain meds in my system for me to want to screw with my head further. LOL

satrow, you know you can just click on the icon at the front of the thread title and it'll take you directly to the first post you haven't read yet, don't you? No scrolling at all.

 

Yes but if the last post says "fixed", I don't need to look through unread posts

It's just my preference, been using it a very long time now and it suits the way I do things. Switching to read in 'normal' mode, as in places I'm not logged in at, is no trouble either.

 

I have to read the posts again because my memory's shot - especially short-term.

Now what were we talking about?

 

See now, that's the beauty of reading the posts in reverse order while maintaining the belief that you are reading them in forward order. You can't know what you were talking about until after somebody responds to your post.
