Arroyo washes up dead body !

I was tweaking with my computer today , ( you know I bought new ram and a new CPU ) when I hear my wife cry out come here quick some thing is going oon out side . I run into the living room grab my flip flops and head out the door . 250 feet from my front door cops and fire truck block the road . I head to the "Seen" I get near to were the fire truck is look into the arroyo and see this body there , A cop yells out HEY YOU!! GET BACK!! I turn quickly and start back they tape off the area with there tape .
I am not done I want to know what is there in the water fill arroyo ! I see a hill off to the side I started to climb the hill to the top I get to the top I look over and again see the body in the water , The cop then yell at me again "HEY YOU GET OUT OF THERE NOW !! " I said what there is no line here I head down the hill (small hill ) another cop comes to me and asked me for my name date of birth and where I lived I asked AM I in some kind of trouble? HE told me no just that I was doing some thing by being in the "AREA " I was like well I have no idea what I was doing I just wanted to see ..
Any way what a strange thing to have happen so close to your front door !

 

Wow... I had to go back out the lounge and step back in to re read this one. Dude, if I followed you correctly, you walked out of your house to see what a disturbance was, found all sorts of emergency vehicles by a ditch in front of your home, proceeded to spot a dead body in the ditch, was told to get back by a cop, went around the other way to look and then got detained by a cop.....

THink I got it all... actually, they HAVE to get your information as if it turns out to be a crime scene, they would need to know why you left evidence of being there, or you might go to jail for a very long time... y'know what I mean??

Yep I do know what you mean . I did not do any thing other than what I said here . it is so creepy to me to see this .

 

That's why curiosity can be a bad thing. Leaving evidence at a crime scene cus you want to gape at a body is a bad bad idea. If the cop tells you to get back, get back and ask him is the current situation is a threat to you or your family because you live right there *point at it* and are concerned. He wont tell you much, but if you're in danger they'll tell you to please go back into the house.

I am not scared I have done nothing wrong it was some one who was washed away about 2-3 miles up the arroyo .

 

I had to google 'arroyo'. I was thinking 'dry creekbed' so I was right. We call them 'ditches' around here. That would be a trip to have a body floating around your house...

So Mr. Crash, how did you afford that RAM and CPU? And where were you last Friday? :-D

I had a stimulus check from the IRS and I was here at home all day long LOL .
But Osafer is swerved several times before I hit him ..

 

Gives new meaning to the term, 'body of water', I guess.:eek Ya, we call the ditches here, too - but about the only bodies found in them are stolen car bodies.
