    Quite typical, the business of games always ruined it for me when I ran a gaming site. You think it would literally be fun and games, but its all the same old shit.

    Ahhh! I'm steaming with frustration because of this. The reason they got those was on the basis that they're famous. They should save those for people who could really kick asses on Halo 2 and not just pose for MTV. :rolleyes:

    No, they should save those for their PAYING, LOYAL customers. But, they want the press. A contest to let people like yourself see it first would have been more fitting, IMHO.

    The sad truth is a lot of people are going to rush out and buy an X-box and Halo 2 because their favorite band or other celebrity has it rather than any real interest in the game. Diehard gamers are going to buy this stuff anyways, the people MS is targeting are the ones who are rushing out to buy 'the coolest thing' and their usual guides are the ones they see on MTV or in People magazine. Gamers' and fad chasers' money feels the same in Gate's pocket.
