ashavast.exe is not a valid win32 application

i keep getting a exe is not a valid win32 application, i have tried almost everything on this site for removing malware i looked at the other threads but nothing has helped yet i didn't want to ask for help but its been a week now and i still can't find any solutions.
i think i have a bagel on my pc which is the problem i can't run any Antivirus programs a can't do in online virus scan becuse its not letting me install java and also i can't get into safe mode im completely stuck.
If anyone can help, it would be sincerely appreciated.
