   This must be an old TV Tuner as none of the KWorld sites are listing it, even in the archives. Possible and only as I have used this site before is HERE but you will need to sign up to a free account to get the driver.
   
   What Windows version you using?
   
   Could also try emailing Kworld and asking if they still have the driver and software for this model tuner, just choose your location HERE then About Kworld and Contact Us.
