    Attached are the necessary logs. Could not run the Panda online scan in safe mode or normal mode.

    What about the BitDefender log and also you did not attach the log from CounterSpy. Both are requested in the READ ME.

    It would also be nice if you describe what problems you are having. Think of it this way. You bring your car to a mechanic and ask him to fix it but you never tell him what needs fixing. Now compound it by the fact that I cannot even see your car (your PC) ;) .

    Even without the above logs and information, I will say that you need to run the below procedure and attach the requested log from it:
