    Hi,
Norton displays a pop up high risk window that this virus exists however it can not quarentine it or delete it. Very frustrating!
    Location: c:\windows\system32\pmkjk.dll

I have followed all the recommended steps in "Read & run me first ..." however the Trojan.vundo still exists.

From step 5 I tried Bitdefender, RavAntivirus and TrojanScan. None of these seemed to recognize the virus.
I continued on to step 6 and tried CCleaner, Ad-Aware SE and Spybot. Antispyware does not run on this machine - never did.
I also have the Hijack log for when you would like me to attach.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide,
    Franca

You're welcome! That is why we have the procedure! It works!

You may want to consider following the final step and post your HijackThis log as requested so we can make sure nothing else is on your PC. Make sure you follow the steps per the Vundo thread were it says: Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis
