There is something called ASUS anti-surge in my computer's BIOS which keeps resetting my entire system on random intervals, even though I have my computer pluged into a UPS precisely to monitor that kind of thing. It's annoying and my computer's USB ports will stop randomly working after one of these resets, until I play everything back in again. Is there any way to tell if switching it will do anything to my system?

Instead of disabling it, spend the time to see what is causing the computer to reset.
