Asus Kernal Error

    I have an Asus Notebook laptop (never will buy asus again.not happy with it at all). It has windows 8.1 with a 64 bit o/s. I have had repeated error of "kernal data input page error. What do i need to do to fix it. and does it have anything to do with a dump file.
